Shelly has a passion to see young girls flourish in their full potential without insecurities and situations dictating their future. She has discovered true freedom as you let go of your hurts and disappointments. She believes each girl that attends True Beauty will leave impacted and challenged to go after her dreams! She has been involved with True Beauty for 5 years and has been in leadership over teen and children's groups for 26 years. Currently, she pastors with her husband Paul at Fort Road Victory Church and has 4 teen children.

Robin desires for all girls to see and chase after their dreams without all the insecurities society puts on them. Her hope is that all girls have the opportunity to come to a True Beauty conference and leave changed with a real understanding that True Beauty is from within. Robin has worked in the community with the children for the past 14 years and totally understands the struggles that these kids face everyday. The need to touch and help change these lives is great, and Robin feels that that they all deserve to be loved and respected. Robin has seen firsthand the difference a True Beauty Conference has made in the lives of some of the girls who have attended the True Beauty Girls Conference.

Carolyn knows that each girl that attends True Beauty is valuable and precious. No matter what she has done, said, or have been through, she can mend, forgive and change the situation as she releases it. She will discover true love as she lets go of the past hurts. Carolyn has been working, along with her husband Noel, in Music Women’s groups, and Children’s groups. Along with this, they had the awesome opportunity of overseeing a Youth Group for 5 years. Carolyn is excited to be a part of the True Beauty team as each girl is able to receive.!
